Madison Elton, a native of Savannah, Georgia, is the newest attorney at Tate Law Group. She graduated summa cum laude from Georgia Southern University with a B.A. in Philosophy and magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, she was involved in the Student Trial Lawyer Association and served as a Law Librarian Graduate Research Assistant.

Madison's dedication to public service includes her work with Atlanta Legal Aid's Disability Integration Program and the Transgender Name Change Project. She began her journey with Tate Law Group before law school, ensuring a seamless transition into her role as an attorney.

Outside her legal practice, Madison enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family. She is committed to delivering excellent legal services and positively impacting her community.
